General terms and conditions

Article 1 - Price

1.1 - The prices of our products are in euro (VAT included) except the expense for shipping and handling.
1.2 - For all orders except those orders shipped within France, the purchaser will be the importer. For all orders sent outside France, European Union, and DOM/TOM, customs charges, importation fees, and taxes are likely to be owed. All fees including processing of paperwork, customs fees, taxes or any other charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend you enquire about these charges, fees, and regulations before placing any order.
1.3 - All orders are payable in Euro.
1.4 - LEGZSKIN reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Your orders will be invoiced on the basis of rates in force when your order is received, recorded and confirmed by LEGZSKIN. Until complete payment is received, LEGZSKIN remains the owner of all invoiced items.
1.5 - Invoices and shipments can be made to any address requested at the time the order is placed.

Article 2 - Order

Article 3 - Validation of order

When you click 'To Validate' this will confirm your order and your agreement to accept all Conditions of sales which includes your confirmation of the order placed and your agreement to make payment to LEGZSKIN.

Article 4 - Availability

Due to the high demand for LEGZSKIN, items placed on your order may not be available to be shipped. If items are not available, a customer service representative from LEGZSKIN will contact you.

Article 5 - Delivery

LEGZSKIN typically makes its shipments by POST 'Colissimo suivi' or through UPS, following your choice. The estimated time of delivery for shipments within France is 8 - 15 working days after receipt of your order. The estimated time of delivery for shipments outside France is 15 to 20 working days. At the time your order is shipped a tracking number will be assigned. This tracking number will allow you to follow your order by going to the website: www.coliposte.net site and www.ups.com. LEGZSKIN reserves the right to use other means of delivery.
5-1 POST 'Colissimo Suivi' service estimates a 48 h delivery within France, except weekend and holidays and gives you the possibility to recover products ordered at your closest post office in case of your absence during the presentation by the postman. If you are away the day of delivery, your postman will leave a calling card in your mailbox. It will allow you to withdraw your package in your post office during the opening hours, within 15 days.
5-2 It is up to the addressee to check expeditions and to make claims which would appear justified, even to refuse the package, if this one is likely to have been opened or if damaged.
5-3 Nevertheless, it is possible, as in any expedition, that the delivery can be delayed or that the package gets lost. In case of delay of delivery or in mislaid package, we ask you to signal it to us by email at contact@legzskin.com . We will contact the Post office to start up an inquiry. An inquiry can last up to 21 days as from the date of the beginning of the inquiry. If during this delay, the package is found, it will be sent immediately to you. If the package is not found at the end of the delay of 21 days of inquiry, 'La Poste' considers the package as lost. In that case only, we will send you a product of replacement. If the ordered product is not available any more, we will reimburse your order.
We decline any responsibility as for the lengthening of delivery time due to the conveyor, notably in case of loss of products or strike.
5-4 In case the conveyor cannot deliver (due to a wrong address or a non-approval of the package by the customer), the package will be sent back to LEGZSKIN and a credit will be issued minus transportation expenses. If a package is not claimed at Post office (after 15 days), the package will be returned to LEGZSKIN.
A LEGZSKIN customer service representative will then contact you.

Article 6 - Payment

Purchase payment can be made by: Bank card: Visa, MasterCard, and international Credit card.

Article 7 - Security

LEGZSKIN uses ATOS WORLDLINE internet site system of security.

Article 8 - Return Policy

8. 1 - In accordance with articles L 121-20 and following of the code of consumption, the customer has 7 days from receipt of delivery to return or exchange any item ordered without having to give any reason or to pay penalties except for shipping expenses.
You must return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging (including all attached garment tags/designer tags) unused and unwashed to:

Damaged, dirty, or incomplete articles will not be reimbursed.
Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
8.2 - Shipping and handling charges are refundable if a mistake is determined to have been made by LEGZSKIN.
Once the returned items have been received, in acceptable condition by LEGZSKIN, a replacement or a credit will be issued.
8.3 - Exchange or reimbursement cannot be done at LEGZSKIN Store.

The copyright in the material contained in the website, together with the website design, text, and graphics belongs to LEGZSKIN or the providers of such information. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.
Use and display of the content on this website may be used for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Article 11 - Responsibility

The offered products comply with French legislation in force. The responsibility of LEGZSKIN would not be involved in case of non respect for the legislation of the country where products are delivered. It is up to you to prove to local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of products or services which your plan to order.
We try to ensure that items' pictures and illustrating texts are as accurate as possible but slight variations between the pictures and the items themselves must be expected.
LEGZSKIN shall not be liable to you or in beach of this agreement for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control (fire/strike/inundation...)
LEGZSKIN shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss arising out of any event, any internet network or virus problem, for any loss or profit, anticipating savings or data and/or any indirect loss.

Article 12 - Applicable Rights - Ligitations

The present contract is subjected to French law. The language of the present contract is the French language. In case of the only litigation the court of Grasse is competent.

Article 13 - Personal data

The personal information given is necessary to record, process, and bill the delivery as well as send newsletters and promotions. This information is strictly confidential./p> Consequently, in accordance with computer law and freedom of January 6th, 1978, you have a right of access, modify, correct, or change the given information. It is important that you give us an accurate and valid e-mail address and tell us of any changes to it.
The user name and password you are issued by LEGZSKIN before you can order items from us are personal to you and are not transferable. Any suspected breach of security of a user name or password should be notified to us immediately. You will be responsible for any payments due for items ordered through the website by anyone using your user name and password. LEGZSKIN is not responsible for the loss of your user name and password.
We will allow uninterrupted access to the website, but access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time if the customer uses the website elements in a fraudulent manner.
